Originally from Indonesia, Kayla brings a warm and thoughtful presence for people to the team. With a background in psychology and hands-on experience in customer service, she has developed a real understanding of what makes people tick and how to make them feel heard, valued, and supported.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys unwinding with a good crime fiction novel, always trying to guess whodunit before the final chapter. She is also a keen crocheter and loves creating handmade pieces in her downtime.
